Why I Built This

As the host of The Managing Partners Podcast, I’ve interviewed over 350 law firm leaders.

A common theme always emerges: leading a firm can be isolating. I know this firsthand, because I started my first company in 2006, and I now own three companies with over 50 employees as I write this.

No matter how successful they are, many managing partners feel like they’re doing it alone. They need more than information; they need connection, clarity, and community.

I decided to build what I wished more firm owners had: a trusted circle of ambitious leaders who could challenge each other, grow together, and actually enjoy the process.
