Barry Chase

Barry Chase, Esq., is the Senior Partner of ChaseLawyers, an entertainment attorney Miami. He graduated with honors from Yale College and Harvard Law School.

After two years in the PBS Counsel’s Office, he became Director of PBS’s News and Public Affairs Programming and later became the top national PBS programming executive (Vice President for Programming).

He later re-located to South Florida to represent a multitude of clients across the sports and entertainment spectrums. In addition to his entertainment attorney legal practice, Mr. Chase lectures regularly on the representation of media personalities and the legal “do’s and don’ts” of music, television and film production, and the intricacies of film-rights option agreements.
